These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and gd666 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or placing a bet on gd666, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use or access gd666.

gd666 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a platform notification or by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of gd666 after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

Section 1

Eligibility

To open and maintain an account on gd666, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while your account remains active:

  • You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on gd666 or have had a previous account closed for Terms violations. Re-registration following a permanent closure is not permitted.

gd666 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time by requesting supporting documentation, including a government-issued photo identification (such as a Bangladesh National Identity Card) and proof of address. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Section 2

Account Registration & Security

Each player may register one account only. Registration is completed via the gd666 registration form, which requires a valid mobile number, a unique username and a secure password. The following obligations apply to your account at all times:

  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. gd666 will never ask for your password via email, chat or telephone. Do not share your password with any third party.
  • Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify gd666 support immediately and change your password.

  • gd666 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations. You agree to submit identification and any additional documentation requested by gd666 within seven (7) days of any such request.
  • gd666 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on an account pending identity verification. During any such hold, withdrawals may be suspended until verification is complete. This measure is in place to protect all players against fraud and unauthorised account access.

Section 3

Deposits & Withdrawals

gd666 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and major Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank and City Bank. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the platform:

Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit on gd666 is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, however gd666 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits above ৳50,000 in a single transaction or ৳200,000 in a rolling 30-day period.

Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take up to 1 business day. All withdrawals are subject to a completed KYC verification. gd666 processes withdrawal requests seven days a week.

Payment Method Matching

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and protects the security of your funds. Exceptions require prior approval from the gd666 compliance team.

Prohibited Transactions

gd666 does not accept deposits from third parties, joint accounts, or accounts in a name other than the registered account holder. Any deposit identified as originating from a prohibited source will be returned and the associated account may be subject to review or closure.

gd666 does not charge any processing fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any fees imposed by your mobile wallet provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) or bank are outside gd666's control and are the responsibility of the account holder. All balances on gd666 are held in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka).

Section 4

Bonuses & Promotions

gd666 offers bonuses and promotions to registered players at its sole discretion. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

  • All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated on the promotion page.
  • Bonuses are issued to a single account per player, per household and per device. gd666 reserves the right to void bonus claims where multiple accounts or shared devices are detected.
  • Bonuses have an expiry date. Any unwagered bonus balance that remains after the stated expiry date will be forfeited automatically. No extensions are granted after the expiry deadline has passed.
  • A cash withdrawal made before any active bonus wagering requirement has been met will result in the forfeit of the entire bonus balance, including any winnings attributed to that bonus.
  • gd666 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already claimed it, gd666 will honour the bonus under the original terms at its discretion.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting software errors, using automated betting systems, placing opposing bets on the same market across multiple accounts, or any other conduct designed to circumvent the spirit of a promotion — will result in the immediate forfeiture of all bonus balances, the reversal of any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

Section 5

Betting Rules

All bets placed on gd666 — whether on sports markets, casino games, live dealer tables, crash games or any other product — are subject to the following general betting rules and to any product-specific rules stated within the relevant game or market interface:

  • Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by gd666, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. Confirmation is deemed to occur when the platform displays a bet receipt or bet ID. Players should verify all bet details before confirming.
  • gd666 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed or settled in error — including bets placed at incorrectly displayed odds, bets accepted after a market should have been suspended, or bets that benefited from a technical fault. In such cases, stakes are returned to the player's wallet.
  • Sports betting markets on gd666 are settled according to the official result published by the relevant governing body (e.g. ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of a discrepancy between an unofficial source and the official result, the official result governs.
  • Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and game types. Current bet limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. gd666 may adjust bet limits at any time without prior notice.
  • Any attempt to exploit software bugs, use betting bots, apply arbitrage strategies across multiple accounts, or manipulate game outcomes through any means is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Responsible Gaming

gd666 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides a suite of player-controlled tools designed to support safe gambling habits. These tools are available directly from account settings and do not require contacting support to activate:

Self-Exclusion

Players may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from gd666. A temporary exclusion may be set for periods of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months or 6 months. A permanent self-exclusion closes the account indefinitely. During any exclusion period, gd666 will not send promotional communications to the excluded player.

Session & Time-Out Controls

Players can set a session time limit that automatically logs the account out after a specified period of activity. A cooling-off period of 24 hours, 48 hours or 7 days may also be applied to temporarily pause all betting activity without initiating a full self-exclusion.

Deposit Limits

Players may set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit from within their account settings. Once a deposit limit is reduced, the new lower limit takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before the increase becomes active.

Section 7

Account Suspension & Termination

gd666 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

  • The account holder is found to be in breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to operating multiple accounts, providing false registration information, or engaging in any form of bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
  • The account holder is identified as a minor (under 21 years of age). In such cases, all deposits will be returned and all winnings accumulated during the period of use will be forfeited.
  • gd666 is required to take action on the account pursuant to a lawful instruction from a competent authority or financial intelligence unit.
  • The account shows signs of being used for money laundering, structuring, terrorist financing or any other financial crime. gd666 will report such activity to the appropriate authorities and will cooperate fully with any resulting investigation.

Upon termination of an account for a Terms violation, any remaining real-money balance (net of bonus funds) will be reviewed. Where no fraud, money laundering or material breach is found, the verified real-money balance will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method. Bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds are not returned upon termination.

Section 8

Intellectual Property

All content on gd666 — including but not limited to the platform name, logo, software, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, data compilations and all other intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to gd666 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the gd666 platform may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, transmitted, republished, displayed or exploited for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of gd666.

Third-party game content available on gd666 — including games supplied by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe and Ezugi — is the intellectual property of the respective game providers and is governed by their own licensing arrangements. gd666 makes no claim to ownership of third-party game content.

Section 9

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gd666 excludes all liability for the following categories of loss or damage, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise:

  • Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data or loss of goodwill arising directly or indirectly from use of, or inability to use, the gd666 platform.
  • Any service interruption, technical fault, data transmission error, delay or failure caused by factors outside gd666's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider outages, mobile network congestion or force majeure events.
  • Any loss arising from the player's reliance on information provided on the gd666 platform, including odds, statistics, game rules or promotional materials, where such information contained an error that was not the result of wilful misconduct by gd666.

Privacy & Data

gd666 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy describes the categories of data collected, the purposes for which it is processed, the basis on which it is processed, the third parties with whom it may be shared, the retention periods applicable to each category, and your rights as a data subject. Section 11

Amendments to These Terms

gd666 may amend these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Where an amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects players' rights or obligations — gd666 will provide advance notice of at least 14 days via a platform notification before the amended Terms take effect.

Governing Law & Disputes

Where a complaint cannot be resolved internally, the parties will seek to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other remedy.
